What Happens Next After You Place Your Order

1. Order Confirmation –  Once you complete your payment, you will receive an immediate order confirmation email. This will include details of your order, such as the design you selected and your shipping information. In addition, it will have our address for where to post your clothing to.

2. Once Received Our Design Review Process Begins –  Our design team will carefully review your submitted garments. We will measure your garment to assess the size that is possible to create. We’ll ensure everything is correctly aligned with your vision. If we have any questions or suggestions, we’ll reach out to you promptly.

3. Production Process –  After finalizing the design, we’ll move on to production. Our skilled artisans use our skills to create your cushion. This stage typically takes 1 week depending on the complexity of your design and current order volume. Your cushion will finished with an invisible zip for ease to wash cover, in addition to a fabric covered cushion insert.

4. Quality Check – Before shipping, each cushion undergoes a thorough quality check to ensure it meets our high standards. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

5. Shipping – Once your cushion has passed inspection, we’ll package it securely and ship it to your specified address. You’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey.
